We take pride in the craftsmanship of our wooden kitchen tools and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Earlywood product doesn't feel right in your hand, you can return or exchange it within 60 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your wooden utensils in their original box.
Ship It Back
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number for peace of mind.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 3-5 business days.
